Case Study – Compass Group, UK and Ireland
Brasier Freeth has been working with leading global food service provider Compass Group, UK and Ireland for over 25 years.
When Brasier Freeth’s Business Space Team was instructed by Compass to identify suitable office premises in Uxbridge, the Team managed to acquire and negotiate favourable rental terms on 23,000 sq ft of space.
Following their relocation Compass instructed the Team once again, this time to find a new tenant for the offices in Uxbridge that they had vacated. Following the successful marketing of the property a new tenant was secured for 30,000 square feet of the Rivermead building.
Prior to the new tenant’s occupation the building was in need of substantial refurbishment within a tight timescale and Brasier Freeth was once again called upon to help. The Building Surveying Team were on the case this time preparing a Specification of Works, obtaining tenders and ultimately project managed a £2 million refurbishment programme of the whole building. The works were completed to a very high standard and, crucially for the new occupier, delivered on time.
Finally, following completion of the works and occupation by the new tenant, Brasier Freeth’s services were once again procured. This time the Property Management Team was instructed to manage the building on a three year contract.
