Case Study – Specialist Data Centre Provider
Brasier Freeth has acted for an Award Winning Specialist Data Centre Provider since 2008. Our initial instructions were to find suitable properties for conversion.
Since that time we have acquired three existing office and industrial buildings that have been converted into state-of-the-art modern data centres. Our client’s portfolio has increased to include an 88,000 sq. ft. centre in Hemel Hempstead and two further centres in Slough totalling 62,000 sq. ft.
More recently, the Team has handled the acquisition of a 9.5 acre office park in Hemel Hempstead, negotiating lease surrenders and variation of rights paving the way for a multi phased 30mw development of up to 250,000 sq. ft. which is now under construction.
Since our early acquisition instructions our team has also commenced work for this specialist business offering advice on rent reviews, lease renewals and business rates mitigation.
