Planning Consent Granted for Symmetry Park

Symmetry Park - Aston Clinton

Detailed planning consent has recently been granted for our client DB Symmetry’s proposed development – Symmetry Park at Aston Clinton in Buckinghamshire. The 46 acre is situated directly alongside the A41 dual carriageway, providing fast access to the M25 (17 minutes HGV drive time) and the national motorway network.

The development provides an opportunity for either a single occupier to take a custom-built 573,000 sq. ft. cross-docked distribution centre or for multiple occupiers via a multi-unit scheme of 5 units suitable for B1/B2/B8 uses.  The 5 units marketed by Brasier Freeth and joint agent Savills range from 50,000 to 200,000 sq. ft. and can be built to suit occupiers requirements on either a leasehold or freehold basis.

The site lies adjacent to Arla Foods 650,000 sq. ft. purpose built processing facility that opened in 2014.

For further information on the proposed units please visit our Property Search page.

To find out more, or discuss a potential requirement, please do not hesitate to contact Claire Madden or Trevor Church. Further information can also be found on the DB Symmetry website.
