On the 27th September the Brasier Freeth team once again had the pleasure of hosting a number of fellow professional service firms for a 5-a-side Football Tournament at Powerleague in Bushey. This year the tournament was in aid of Woodfield School in Hemel Hempstead. The school is open to pupils aged 3-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties. Many of the pupils have additional complex needs, including autistic spectrum disorders, epilepsy or physical and sensory impairments.
8 Teams battled it out on a sunny September evening all looking to claim the coveted Brasier Freeth trophy. With plentiful talent on show it was SA Law who were eventually crowned the overall worthy winners beating Hillier Hopkins 4-1 in the final.
Thanks to all our guests for joining us for an action-packed enjoyable evening and for helping us to raise £500 for the very deserving Woodfield School. Special thanks to all the companies that took part; Hillier Hopkins, Debenhams Ottaway, Carter Jonas, Clydesdale Bank, SA Law, Taylor Walton and to the Powerleague Bushey team for once again hosting this charity event.
