Earlier this month the Estates Gazette’s announced their league tables of the Most Active Agents of 2016. Once again we were honoured to be included in the results for the South East proving once again our efforts can rival those of our national competitors.
The competition results are based on volume of transactions of property acquisitions and disposals completed within various sectors of the property market.
Our Retail Team was delighted to find they had climbed from 5th position in 2015 to 2nd position in the 2016 table of Most Active Retail Agents in the South East of England. An outstanding achievement given the strong competition in the market from both national and international agents.
For the second year Brasier Freeth achieved 3rd position in the table of Most Active Office Agents in the South East of England.
Once again we have dispelled the myth that we operate in a restricted area and have shown that our expertise spans the whole of the South East and in the Retail field we continue to work right across the UK.
Commenting on the results Brasier Freeth Principal, Peter Brown said, “We’re delighted with the recent results published by Estates Gazette. In an increasingly competitive market our firm is thriving and it’s great to see our name up there with the larger players in the market. We will continue to build on this success in 2017.”
