The public body, will occupy the ground and first floors of the multi-let building ‘Alchemy’, joining existing tenants Deutsche Telekom and Pinnacle Engineering.
Investment Managers Harbert Management Corporation and Asset Managers XLB Property purchased the 41,045 sq. ft. building in March 2016.
