BF Client Secures Flagship Store on Oxford Street

Brasier Freeth client Foot Locker has recently signed a 10 year lease on their new flagship store at 544 – 554 Oxford Street, the unit is a total of 13,691 sq ft over both ground and basement floors. The retailer which specialises in branded trainers and sportswear had been looking for a suitable flagship store for some time in the west end of Oxford Street.

The unit was previously occupied by KFC and has been refurbished by owners London & Regional and Starwood Capital. Located in a prime position directly opposite the Primark flagship, this will be the third store for Foot Locker on Oxford Street.

The transition from a food and restaurant use to retail is part of the wider improvements to the area around Marble Arch. The Portman Estate is developing a 20,000 sq ft flagship retail unit at 1 – 4 Marble Arch.
