Clients and professional accomplishments

These have been in myriad locations including Central London, The West Country, The Midlands as well as Northern Home Counties.

Peter likes the creative unstructured elements of finding solutions for client problems with a good example being the acquisition of the freehold and leasehold elements for the creation of the TK Maxx European HQ in Watford. Of particular importance is thinking from the client’s perspective and not exclusively from that of a property professional.  Giving clear, honest advice even when it is unwelcome is a key principle that he strives to follow.

Peter has climbed peaks in France, Switzerland, Italy and Norway. Recent trips have included ski-mountaineering in northern Norway plus sailing in Thailand and Brazil.
