Paul Raitt MRICS
Paul heads up the Building Surveying Team at Brasier Freeth and is responsible for developing the client base, training and development of the Building Surveying staff, maintaining and developing relationships and working partnerships with agency and professional colleagues both internally and externally.
Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years’ of post-qualification experience. He has worked on a wide variety of property types including offices, warehouses and factories, residential and retail. Paul graduated in Building Surveying from South Bank Polytechnic (now South Bank University) in 1982 and initially worked in Central London on commercial properties.
He later moved to Hertfordshire and worked on major capital projects for the Local Authority. He subsequently returned to a private practice and joined Freeth Melhuish in the early 1990’s where with the support of the Partnership has set up and developed the Building Surveying Department within the Practice.

Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Paul enjoys motor racing and rugby. He was honoured to coach at London Welsh Rugby Academy after retiring from playing. He also has an interest in social history.
