Kim Wilson MRICS

Role

Kim joined Brasier Freeth in 2017, she is based in our London office and advises our retail clients on agency matters including strategic acquisition and disposal work covering prime town centre and out of town property.

Six months into her new role Kim was promoted to Senior Surveyor. She acts for a number of well known national retailers such as Cath Kidston and Whistles providing strategic advice on their portfolios.

Background

Kim grew up in Berkshire and lives in South London for three years. In 2013 she graduated from the University of Birmingham with a undergraduate degree in History of Art, she then gained a masters degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Before joining Brasier Freeth, Kim worked at CBRE in both the Investment Valuation and National High Street Agency teams and gained her APC in October 2016.
