Imagination Technologies’ headquarters in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, has been acquired by CCP 5, the perpetual core-plus fund advised by pan-European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners.
The 100,000 sq. ft. campus is located within 0.5 miles of Junction 20 of the M25 and adjacent to Kings Langley railway station. Two buildings are included in the transaction; Imagination House (built 2013) and Innovation Centre (built 2016). The scheme was recently a finalist in the BCO Corporate Workplace competition.
Tristan completed the purchase in conjunction with Alchemy Asset Management. One of the attractions of the deal for Tristan and Alchemy has been the letting success that they have achieved at Westside, Apsley, two miles north of Kings Langley where Brasier Freeth is also letting agents.
Claire Madden, Partner at Brasier Freeth commented, ‘Following on from the continued success of the Westside project we are delighted to have acted for Tristan in the purchase of this high quality development. Our in depth knowledge of the North M25 market gave Tristan and Alchemy confidence to invest in this campus”.
Imagination Technologies was recently acquired by Canyon Bridge, a global private equity investment fund.
Brasier Freeth represented Tristan and Alchemy. Maybridge Commercial acted for Imagination Technologies.
