Working closely with Brasier Freeth’s Retail and Business Space Teams, our Property Management Team offers a comprehensive management service for owners of retail, commercial and industrial properties.

We manage a variety of premises including single and multi-tenanted offices, car parks and shopping centres.  Our team can take responsibility for:

  • Service charge budgeting
  • Rent and service charge collection
  • Regular building inspections
  • Occupational cost audit service for occupiers
  • Regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation
  • Negotiation of all maintenance contracts including cleaning, security, internal and external building maintenance, etc.
  • Payment of supplier invoices
  • Ongoing management of contractors and liaison with tenants on required service levels

We take a proactive approach to the management of our clients’ assets. Our continual monitoring and thorough record keeping ensures that we are able to identify any potential costs and take appropriate action in good time. As a regulated firm of Chartered Surveyors, there are stringent requirements on the way we manage property portfolios and handle client account monies so our clients can rest assured that their property is in safe hands.
