Our Chartered Building Surveyors have experience in dealing with Major Loss; Domestic and Commercial Claims; Fire Damage, Flood Claims; Expert Witness; Subsidence, etc. We provide emergency reactive and temporary repairs making safe the building and liaising with insurers to reinstate and repair premises. Our intention is to help you return your property to its pre loss condition in an efficient and timely manner.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Survey and appraisal of current condition of the asset and preparation of maintenance and budgetary forecast typically over 10 years to reduce the cost and inconvenience of emergency and reactive works. We can also advise on procurement and implementation of the works to offset dilapidations liabilities for tenants and to preserve the asset value of the premises.
