Three International Occupiers Secured for Westside in Hemel Hempstead

On behalf of Tristan Capital Partners and Alchemy Asset Management, Brasier Freeth along with joint agents Hanover Green have successfully let 81,500 sq. ft. of offices at Westside in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead to three international occupiers.

Grass Roots Group a leading provider of employee and customer engagement solutions is relocating their multiple offices in London and Hertfordshire to Westside One which will become their UK head office in early 2018.

Harman International, a car and home audio maker owned by Samsung has taken 25,799 sq. ft. on the ground and first floors of Westside Two on a 10 year lease.

Epson, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of computer printers will be re-gearing their lease on 54,000 sq. ft. and taking an additional 10,860 sq. ft. on the first floor of Westside Three, cementing their commitment to the building.

Only 16,147 sq. ft. of the 185,000 sq. ft. remains available on the second floor of Westside Two at a quoting rent of £27.50 per sq. ft.
