Tim Jones Dip VEM MRICS
Tim manages the growing Property Management Department and is an active member of the professional team, dealing mainly with valuations. The valuation work ranges across most types of commercial and residential property and is undertaken for private individuals, banks, introducers and pension providers.
Tim’s first job after leaving full time education was as a residential estate agent and he has been employed in the local property industry ever since.
He joined Freeth Melhuish in 1996, becoming a partner in 2007 and a partner of Brasier Freeth in June 2008 following the merger.
Tim’s interests include match fishing, clay pigeon shooting, walking and keeping the family dog (a springer spaniel) in the style to which he would like to become accustomed!
