Brasier Freeth LLP was born out of a merger between Brasier Harris and Freeth Melhuish, both well respected and established commercial property practices based in the Northern Home Counties. The firm can trace its roots as far back as 1874, which according to the Estates Gazette makes us the 22nd oldest firm of surveyors in the country.

The merger in June 2008 increased the range of services offered to our clients as well as expanding the geographical coverage of the businesses. In 2011, Brasier Freeth was awarded the prestigious Estate Gazette’s Property Adviser of the Year for the South East whilst also being a finalist for the National Property Adviser of the Year.

We have an enviable client list for both the business space and retail areas of our business, many of whom we have worked with for many years.
