As a result of expansion we are currently recruiting for two graduate roles:

Agency Team position – Hemel Hempstead

A graduate vacancy in the Agency Team based in Hemel Hempstead.  This is primarily a sales and marketing position dealing with Industrial, offices and retail properties in Herts, Beds and Bucks. You should be keen to forge your career as an agent, be energetic, enthusiastic, happy dealing with the public and have a flexible approach to work.

Mixed Professional and Agency position – Welwyn Garden City

A graduate vacancy for a mixed professional and agency position assisting two Partners with marketing office, retail and industrial properties based in Welwyn Garden City. You will assist with planning and development matters and rent and lease negotiations involving the retail sector across the Country.  Attention to detail is important as is an outgoing personality and an enthusiastic approach.

For both positions applicants must be confident, computer literate, capable and be good communicators at all levels. We expect the successful candidates to have strong academic qualifications and a good degree. You will need to hold a full driving licence and have a car available for business use.
