Andrew Osborn

Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor working within the Building Surveying Consultancy team. After attending Watford Grammar School for Boys and graduating from the University of Salford, Andrew has worked with a number of private surveying practices, a firm of loss adjusters and a large retailer. Having practiced in all areas of Building Surveying, Andrew joined Brasier Freeth from Pellings where he spent nine years.

Andrew takes an active role in RICS activities and is an APC Assessor, Chartered Environmentalist and accredited Ska Rating Assessor. Residing in Kings Langley, Andrew is a keen cyclist and enjoys exploring the surrounding countryside (and hostelries along the way!). His other interests include motorcycling and sailing but spare time is somewhat limited these days since the arrival of a young family and eternal DIY.
