We are delighted to announce that we’ve been appointed by InfraRed Capital and their asset manager, Hark Group, to act as leasing agents for the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Basildon, Essex.
The 750,000 sq. ft. comprises over 100 shops and restaurants plus 1700 car parking spaces. The scheme is anchored by major retailers including Debenhams, Primark, Next, Topshop and Asda, with a footfall of circa 12m people per year.
Eastgate Shopping Centre was acquired by InfraRed Capital Partners in 2014 and is currently undergoing major entrance improvement works.
