APC Pass for BF Graduate

Posted by Rachel Jeffs on 4th June 2018

Congratulations to Connor Crabb on passing his APC, resulting in him becoming a fully-fledged Chartered Surveyor and member of the RICS.

To pass his APC and gain Chartered status, Connor was required to complete relevant structured training/experience to show he was competent to carry out the work of a qualified Chartered Surveyor before being eligible to sit the APC final assessment.  Connor studied for his Real Estate Degree at Nottingham Trent University prior to joining Brasier Freeth and enrolling on the Graduate Scheme.

Commenting on his achievement, Connor said, “I am relieved that all my hard work has finally paid off, and thankful to all my colleagues who have helped me throughout the APC process.  I’m looking forward to progressing with my career at Brasier Freeth and I am sure exciting times are ahead.”

Also commenting on Connor’s achievement, Katy D’Souza, Associate and Graduate Mentor at Brasier Freeth said, “Connor was the first candidate to join our Graduate Rotation Programme which we introduced in 2016 to help candidates achieve the range of competencies required to pass the APC in order to provide the high levels of professionalism and experience we offer to all of our clients.  To cover the breadth of experience necessary, Connor worked in the National Retail Agency Team, Valuation Services Team and the Business Space Team.  Connor has set a great example to the other Graduates on the scheme by showing what can be achieved through hard work.  Many Congratulations Connor, I have no doubt you will have a very successful career ahead of you.  Celebratory drinks on you?!”

We are on the lookout to recruit further Graduates for all departments across Brasier Freeth.  If this sounds of interest to you, please email your CV to our Director, HR & Administration, Kerry Starling.
